Terms and conditions
Most of our treatments are bespoke and prices may sometimes vary depending on your needs and what’s recommended after consultation. We will be taking deposits to secure your appointments and we would require a 7-working day cancellation notice if you are unable to attend.
Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments without a 7-working day notice. In some circumstances, we can allow 3-5 working days cancellation but that's at our discretion
Postage fees apply to our skincare products and we only ship within the UK. We currently do not ship to other countries. Your product should arrive within 5 -7 day working days.

Due to Covid19 situation, and for the safety of everyone, we currently do not do returns and we will be unable to refund. We will do our best to ensure you receive your items in a good condition.
